There are two different variants of Shako including the sacred and ancestral versions of the item. Kill bosses, open chests, and complete Nightmare Dungeons until this item drops for you. Once you unlock World Tier 4, all you have to do is start farming for the Shako. It is recommended that you’re at least level 70 or above before you enter World Tier 4. World Tier 4 unlocks after you’re done completing the Fallen Temple Capstone Dungeon whilst you’re playing in World Tier 3. It is at this world tier that you will be able to farm for Shako.
The Shako Helmet Getting Shako requires immense grind and you’ll need to unlock World Tier 4 first in your playthrough which makes the challenge even more difficult. Important: Shako is an extremely rare helmet to get in Diablo 4 and you will need to unlock World Tier 4 in order to start farming for it.
